Yes, if you are not satisfied with a product, you can request a return within 30 days of the product being delivered. Please note that the product has to be in good condition to be returned and a photo is required before returning. Please fill out the form in the "Shipments and Returns" page to receive assistance.

From the time you place the order, it should take 4-8 business days to receive your product if the product is bought within the US. International shipments could take 6-15 business days depending on the option you choose & your location.

First be sure to check the shipping information that was sent to you via email. If the information is labeled as "Delivered," please visit the contact us page to receive assistance. If the item is still in transit, please be patient as there might have been a delay in the shipping process.

Once you have placed an order, you will not be able to cancel it. If you would like to return your product once it has been delivered, please go to the "Shipments and Returns" page and fill out the form.
