What is the MOQ for custom towels?

Our MOQ is 25 towels or more per design. (e.x. If a customer wants two purchase Camo Blue and Flagship Camo, you would have to purchase 25 of each totaling to 50 towels.)

How can I trust that my order is being completed?

Accepted Answer

First, we require all of our clients to pay a deposit when the order is 100 pieces or more. The remaining deposit will be paid once delivered. Our team will share updates on the production process by sending photos of the product being made. We will inform you when production is complete. Once finalized, we will share the shipping information so you can track your package.

Deposit Amounts:
Below 100pcs = 25%
Above 100pcs = 50%

What is your lead time for a custom order?

Accepted Answer

Typically our standard lead time is 5-6 weeks if you order with the Greenside Standard option. Greenside saver is 8-9 weeks, while Greenside Express is 3-4 weeks (Greenside express might be limited through the year). We will keep you updated throughout the whole production process so you know when to expect your order.

Orders needed by February and March must be placed in December

Can we get a product catalog and mockups?

Of course! Once you have completed the form on our wholesale page, one of our representatives will share our product catalog with you. We will then provide mockups based on your needs and help you through the whole order process.

Is there a fee for custom embroidery?

Accepted Answer

Yes, there is an additional $40 set up fee per logo. If you opt to go with a digital sublimation design, there is no set up fee.

Can we order towels without the detachable brush?

Accepted Answer

We now offer a fully customizable order process for anyone interested in the ultimate towel, allowing you to "pick and choose" what you want.

Do you offer caddie towels?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we make caddie towels. As of now, our minimum order is 50 pieces for caddie towels.

Is there a shipping cost for wholesale orders?

For most orders, shipping is included in our prices. We will let you know if there is a shipping fee applied while we share an official quote.

How are towels packaged?

Placed in a PVC Zipper bag. We do offer customization on these bags but the MOQ is 500 pieces.

Do you charge for mockups & quotes?

Not at all! Once you submit the form above, we will create a tailored catalog showcasing different design options & quotes for your club or event. This is all included in the order process.

How many mockups can I see?

We will create as many mockups for you until you find a desired look for your club or event. We want to make sure that our products align perfectly with your vision.
