First, we require all of our clients to pay 50% of the total cost prior to production. The remaining 50% will be payed once delivered. Our team will share updates on production process by sending photos of the product being made. We will inform you when the production process is complete. Once complete, we will share the shipping information so you can track your package.

Yes, we do allow customers to order our towels without our bristle brush. Although, we highly recommend you order our towels with our brush!

Anything the we provide on our online store will typically be free shipping depending on the quantity. Towels that we ship from our overseas location (100pcs or more) will include a shipping fee. The shipping fee will be determined on current shipping costs.
