If you are not satsfied with one of out products, we allow returns & refunds in the United States. To start a return/refund, please fill out the form below. Before doing so, please look at the return policies listed below. 

Return Policies 
1. A return must be reported within 30 days of the product being delivered.
2. The product must be unused and in good condition.
3. Items sold outside of the United States are are not allowed to be returned (if you did not receive your product or it is damanged, please fill out the "Contact Us" page for assistance).
4. If you bought an item on sale (ex: website sale, 15% off, coupons, buy X get Y free) these items cannot be returned or refunded. 
5. Must be able to provide photos of the product when submitting the form. 

How do I ship my return?
Once you fill out our return form below, we will respond within 2 business days to provide the shipping information. 
When do I get my refund?
Once we have received the package, we will evaluate the product to see if it is acceptable. If acceptable, we will send you an email stating your order will be refunded. The processing time is 4-6 business days. If not accepted, you will get an email stating why we could not give you a full refund.
