Do I have to pay for shipping?

Currently, all products purchased do have a shipping fee applied to check out. If you choose a certain bundle promotion or order more than one product, shipping will be free.

Can I return a product?

Yes, if you are not satisfied with a product, you can request a return within 30 days of the product being delivered. Please note that the product has to be in good condition to be returned and a photo is required before returning. Please fill out the form in the "Shipments and Returns" page to receive assistance.

How long does my product take to arrive?

From the time you place the order, it should take 4-8 business days to receive your product if the product is bought within the US. International shipments could take 6-15 business days depending on the option you choose & your location.

Yes, we can either offer you a in-stock sample or a fully customized sample from our manufacturing facility.
