Currently, all products purchased require a shipping fee to be payed. This fee will be added on to your total during checkout. Shipping fees will be determined on your location and quantity.
Yes, if you are not satisfied with a product, you can request a return within 30 days of the product being delivered. Please note that the product has to be in good condition to be returned and a photo is required before returning. Please fill out the form in the "Shipments and Returns" page to receive assistance.
From the time you place the order, it should take 4-8 business days to receive your towel if the product is bought within the US. International shipments could take 6-15 business days depending on the option you choose.

Once you have placed an order, you will not be able to cancel it. If you would like to return your product once it has been delivered, please go to the "Shipments and Returns" page and fill out the form.
